Our 2 and 3 hour packages are for small parties. If you have more than 80 guests, please contact us for a custom package.
Deposit Fee: To reserve your date, we need a signed contract and a 50% deposit. This deposit will go towards your final bill.
Payment: Full payment by check or credit card is required 14 business days before your event. Note that there is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel up to 8 business days before your event, you'll receive service credit, with no exceptions. For large groups, if your count changes, your deposit and final payment must match the original booking. Our servings are fixed; for example, if you booked for 2 hours (60 servings) and you have 100 guests, we will only provide 60 servings and begin to pack up once time is up, unless you ask us to fully pack down earlier.
If your event is outdoors, please have a backup plan in case of rain.
